All pasta sauces in the Sole Mediterraneo line burst with Italian
flavor. For our vegetable based sauces, the vegetables are all
ripened to perfection by the splendid Mediterranean sun and blended
together according to traditional Italian recipes.
For the pesto sauce only fresh basil leaves are used.

VEGETARIAN BOLOGNESE PASTA SAUCE: is made according to the traditional Italian
recipe except that the meat has been substituted with soy, making it absolutely
vegetarian.
