Extra Virgin Olive Oils
OlivesAlimentitalia offers three outstanding extra virgin olive oils, each with a distinctive flavor profile:
"Alimentitalia" Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained from a blend of Italian olives from Lake Garda, Liguria and Tuscany, resulting in a pleasant, delicate flavor.
"Olearia del Garda" Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil has a pronounced peppery flavor, in addition to being certified organic by European and U.S. control bodies.
"Il Frantoio del Poggio" Unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil, produced near Florence, is in its natural unfiltered state and bursts with a marked fruity olive flavor.

All of these oils are cold pressed and extracted from carefully selected olives at the prime of their ripeness without the use of chemicals. In order to be classified as "Extra Virgin", the highest grade of olive oil, the oil must come from the first pressing of the olives and it must have less than 1% acidity.
